Let's talk about crack repairs - When we got there, the man said "the floor fills up with mud and it floats all over the room"... YOU THINK? This is a "bleeder crack repair" - The concept is simple: grind out a crack wide at the bottom, add a plastic tube to the upper portion of the crack and allow it to "bleed" down behind the patch and below the floor... The problem: eventually, the gap fills with mud and the water can't get down behind the floor! - This is not the way to fix your cracks and there are companies out there STILL DOING THIS!!! - Cracks really need to be actually cleaned and filled to stop water.
