🚧 Another Custom Shed Pad Completed by Ty's Land Management! 🚧
Quality starts from the ground up. A shed is only as good as the foundation beneath it, and that's why we take the extra time to build every pad the right way from the very beginning.
This custom-built 15' x 27' shed pad was designed for long-term durability, proper drainage, and a clean, professional appearance.
✔️ Site carefully excavated and cut to proper grade using laser precision
✔️ Base built with RC-6 to create a solid, compacted foundation that resists settling and promotes excellent drainage
✔️ Finished with Blue #57 Stone for a clean, attractive look while improving drainage and creating a firm, stable surface
✔️ Constructed with heavy-duty 6x6 pressure-treated timbers for maximum strength and longevity
✔️ Reinforced using 1/2" rebar, heavy-duty corner brackets, flat steel plates, and 10-inch structural lag bolts to ensure the border stays locked together for years to come
As an added feature, we also built a dedicated trailer parking area using 4x4 pressure-treated timbers, giving the customer additional usable space while maintaining the same professional finish.
