We’re committed to taking care of our team by providing strong benefits, wellness resources and meaningful support.

That commitment earned Go-Forth the Impact Award at the Quest Member Meeting in Orlando, hosted by Innovative Captive Strategies!

In our first year as a Quest member, our team has expanded preventive care initiatives, increased participation in wellness and biometric screenings, promoted mental health resources and developed an AI-powered tool to simplify wellness tracking.

Meet Tyler Keeton, our Manager of IT & Process Improvement.

For Tyler, every day is an opportunity to make yesterday's work a little better. Whether he's improving processes behind the scenes or tackling a new challenge, he's always looking for smarter ways to help our team succeed.

When he’s not at work, he enjoys traveling to new places with his wife and finding quiet spots like the ones in his photos and being in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Fun fact: Tyler has been rocking the same beard for about 10 years. At this point, it's practically part of the IT department.
