All the pocket holes are cut so let’s attach the rail. Typically would use wood glue but I forgot and I’m not taking this one apart. 😂 one down man 3 to go. 😂

I’m making progress!😂 I cut pocket holes in the side rail for the pocket door. This mic and I are not getting along so for now I’ll do voice overs until I figure out what I’m doing wrong. Technology!!😂

Yep, it’s been five months. Don’t judge. 😆. You won’t know how I function, I get to a project when I’m in the mood. So today is the day. I need to get this door completed and out of my space so I can finish putting my floor back together. Yes this door has been here since my water heater finally a leak and had to pull up half the floor. As you can tell, we’ve just been having fun. 😆 I’ll be sure to film this all along the way, so stay tuned. You know I’ll be showing you Tips And Tricks as we go. I hope you’re having a productive day, I have a serious game planned over here. 😆

I can’t seem to win with these water leaks. I knew there was no water running in the house and since the meter was turning that, let me know the water leak was on my side. And costing me money 😱 And as for the spider, I don’t know what kind it was so I had to spray him. Safety 1st.

TIP TIME! Nothing like an emergency repair to make us get up and start moving. My back is bothering me today so I had NO plans for anything today, but when you step up to the sink and realize water is all over the floor plans change. I’ll deal with the repair tomorrow but the water needs to be shut off immediately. Can you shut off your valves if you need to?

Yep I’m still here and still at it. HVAC work has kept me busy and I’ve spent a little time working on a couple houses. Busy is what keeps be going strong. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Phase 2 COMPLETE! It’s cut, now … let’s see about getting it up.

It’s a process for sure and the heat is not making this easy. I had to break this into Phases.
Otherwise you get disillusioned and discouraged when task take so much more effort than you expected. Every big project is made up of many little projects.

Since this is something I’m learning along the way , cutting this paper it’s a task all by itself.
I know somebody is going to say I’m wasting paper but I’d rather waste the paper than have a seam to risk water going behind the barrier. I got it cut so now let’s get it cut to size.
