☀️ Finally some sunshine and 60° weather!

With temps hitting 60° today, yards around Fulton County should start drying out nicely after all that rain.

That means mowing season is officially kicking off — and I’ll be back out tomorrow getting after it.

A quick tip:
If your yard is still a little soft, giving it just an extra day or two to dry helps prevent ruts and keeps your lawn looking clean and healthy.

🌿 Mowing services starting at $55 per yard ( includes w**d whacking and blowing off sidewalks, driveway, and pourches.)

📅 Now scheduling

If your grass is starting to take off, now’s the time to get on the schedule before things get backed up.

🌱 Your Lawn Is in Recovery Mode Right Now 🌧️

After nearly 2 inches of rain this past week, your yard isn’t just wet—it’s under stress.
Most people think grass loves water… and it does—but too much of it all at once creates problems you can’t see right away.

⚠️ What’s happening under the surface:

• Roots are struggling to get oxygen
• Soil is soft and easily compacted
• Grass is more likely to tear instead of cut
• Weak areas can turn into thin or patchy spots

💡 What your lawn actually needs right now:

• Time to drain and breathe
• Minimal foot traffic (yes—even walking on it matters)
• Proper timing on that first mow back

🚫 The biggest mistake?

Jumping back into mowing like normal and setting your lawn back weeks.

✅ The right move is patience—and doing things at the right time.

🌤️ Got Rain Last Night? Hold Off on the Mower Today 🌧️➡️🌱

Fulton County got hit with over an inch of rain last night—and with more rain on the way tonight through Saturday, your lawn is still WAY too saturated to mow right now.

🚫 Mowing today can cause:

• Deep ruts and tire damage
• Mud getting tracked through your yard
• Torn-up grass instead of clean cuts
• Long-term soil compaction issues

💡 Here’s what most people don’t realize:

Even if the top looks dry, the ground underneath is still soaked—and that’s where the real damage happens.

✅ Best move right now:

• Give it at least 1–2 dry days before mowing
• Walk your yard—if your foot sinks or feels soft, it’s too wet
• Let the lawn recover before cutting

🌧️ With rain expected again tonight and sticking around through the week, timing your mow properly is everything.

🐊 Let the Gator do the grunt work.
We’ll make sure your lawn gets cut the right way—not the rushed way.

🌧️ Rainy Days = Lawn Damage Risk 🌱

With all this rain moving in over the next few days, it might seem like a good time to squeeze in a mow… but that can actually do more harm than good.

🚫 Here’s why you should NOT mow when the ground is wet:

• Ruts & tire marks – Heavy equipment sinks into soft soil and tears up your yard
• Uneven cuts – Wet grass clumps and leads to a patchy, messy finish
• Grass damage – Blades bend instead of cutting clean, stressing your lawn
• Soil compaction – Reduces root growth and long-term lawn health

✅ What to do instead:

• Wait until the ground firms up (usually 24–48 hours after rain)
• Let your grass dry out for a clean, healthy cut
• Plan your mow schedule around the weather—not against it

💡 Pro Tip: Mowing at the wrong time can set your lawn back weeks.

If you want it done right without the guesswork…
