A colorful garden does not have to depend on thirsty plants, especially in a hot, sunny area ☀️ A few habits that make drought-tolerant beds work:
🌱 Water regularly until new plants establish strong roots
💧 Soak deeply, then allow the soil to begin drying
🌿 Choose well-drained ground for lavender, yarrow, and blanket flower
🍂 Use mulch to reduce evaporation without covering the plant crowns
🗺️ Select varieties suited to your climate and winter temperatures
I group these plants together instead of mixing them with moisture-loving flowers. That makes it much easier to water only where it is actually needed.

It needs to be gone through with a w**d eater, but it's all growing. Except for my strawberries maybe next year.

If we made some sour dough bread, regular white bread, cinnamon rolls, ( orange cream, regular, Strawberry, lemon) jalapeno cheese bread, hamburger buns, hotdog buns. Would anyone be interested in purchasing any?
