This 20-year-old toilet has officially put in enough overtime. 🚽

We originally came out for an emergency service call, and after getting the immediate issue under control, we found that the toilets in the home are due for replacement.

We’ll be heading back to replace all three toilets with new, reliable fixtures and help prevent more plumbing headaches down the road.

No hot water? We found the culprit. 🔧💧

This electric water heater had a burnt-out heating element, leaving the homeowner without properly heated water. We replaced both the upper and lower heating elements, tested the unit, and got it back to heating the way it should.

Sometimes you don’t need a whole new water heater, you just need the right repair.

Installed this customer-supplied 30” vanity and countertop, complete with a new Delta widespread brushed nickel faucet, fresh P-trap and supply lines, and clean new escutcheons for a polished finish.

🚨 HVAC CRIME SCENE: DO NOT CROSS 🚨
Today we showed up for what was supposed to be a routine HVAC maintenance on a customer’s brand-new A/C system…
Instead, we found a crime scene. 🕵️‍♂️❄️
🔎 Evidence found:
A brand-new system already LOW ON REFRIGERANT CHARGE.
A new unit should not be starting its life this way. Running low on refrigerant can mean poor cooling, higher energy bills, unnecessary strain on the equipment, and potentially a bigger repair if the cause isn’t addressed.
Suspect: Refrigerant loss
Victim: A brand-new A/C system
Detective: Nick’s Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
Routine maintenance isn’t just about cleaning your system. Sometimes it catches the problem hiding in plain sight before it turns into a much more expensive one.
