Throwback to one of our more compact jobs in McLean. This townhouse has a bit of everything. We've got a Select Blue Thermal patio with matching sills along the outer wall, and a brick inlay to tie everything together.

The Select Blue really cools down the back yard while its large format contrasts nicely with the busy brickwork, creating a calming evironment for our clients and their guests.

Topped off with new cedar steps and lattice!

Water management is always on our jobs, and we take pride in our designs, trying to make them as seamless as possible. Here, Kyle shows where we've piped the downspouts down to pop up emitters closer to the street, preventing excessive runnoff from creating an erosion problem down the line.
