Our McLean custom build is evolving with the installation of the expansive new windows and doors. Mixing exterior steel, warm wood and textured stone details has added a unique and eye-catching appeal that sets this home apart.

Are you ready for this stunning transformation?!?!

A before and after, of a very special pop-top renovation/addition in Arlington. Our clients envisioned a home built for entertaining with statement design features in each room. We had a wonderful shoot day with our clients and C Gauthier Photography, LLC capturing some of these design elements that our team worked so hard on.

Behind the scenes in Tysons! Thank you to PulteGroup for hosting our team for a tour of one of their active construction sites.

Although this is not a Lee Design Studio project, it was great to see multifamily work similar in scale to the projects we are currently designing with Pulte and to learn from the construction process firsthand.

Thank you Mark Gosnell and Anthony Bizzo for showing us around!

On site at Virginia Village, just a quick walk from our studio.

Our team joined the City of Falls Church and project partners for a walk-through of the existing buildings and grounds as planning for the community’s redevelopment moves forward. Being right next door gives us a particularly close connection to the site, its neighborhood context, and the community it serves.

Revitalizing Retail into Connected Communities 🌇

Over the past year, our team has thoughtfully repositioned aging suburban retail centers through strategic facade redesigns, enhanced visibility and improved pedestrian connectivity. By prioritizing active, inviting environments, we help assets perform better for both tenants and visitors.

Design upgrades on these types of projects focus on preserving the existing structural framework while maximizing walkability. We continue to partner with developers to unlock the potential of retail assets, creating resilient spaces where communities thrive.
