A project like this is about so much more than what you see on the surface. 👀

This property was transformed with a flagstone patio, natural stone steps, stacked-stone garden beds, fresh sod, landscaping, and river rock—all tied together with thoughtful grading and drainage.

Behind the scenes, the project also included irrigation, stormwater management, underground downspouts, and a driveway grate drain connected to dry wells to help manage water throughout the property.

And then there’s the deck—designed by Kenny and built by very talented carpenters with both open and screened-in spaces, heating, fans, and a stereo system to make the space enjoyable in every season.

From the big picture to the details you don’t always see, this project was designed to be both beautiful and functional.

Timeless Tuesday... a trip back to a job we did in 2014!

A beautiful walkway can do more than get you from the driveway to the front door... it can set the tone for the entire home. 😍

This colorful Pennsylvania flagstone walkway features gentle curves that lead to a circular patio just before the steps, creating a natural gathering spot and a beautiful transition to the front porch.

Timeless stone, thoughtful design, and curves that make the journey home a little more inviting. 🏡✨
