Hello,

We are a general contractor. We remodel homes, bathrooms, kitchens, rot repairs, and Velux skylights.

Job duties include carpentry (framing and finish carpentry), demolition, drywall, painting, light electrical and plumbing, clean-up, roofing in regards to Velux skylights.

I am looking for journeyman level (minimum 5 years experience), must provide references.

Ideally I am looking for someone with a vast knowledge of installing Velux skylights. Deck and curb installations on comp and tile roofing. Also have carpentry skills in regards to facia and barge rafter replacement and general rot repairs to framing, siding, trim, etc...This work should be able to be completed with minimal and or no supervision.

A truck with lumber rack would be preferable but not required.

We are also looking to train apprentices: Must have reliable transportation, wear proper construction attire, and be willing to follow directions.

Business in a COVID19 era....I hope that anyone reading this message is safe and healthy 🙏

Jordan and I (Kim for those that know me) have been in CONSTANT contact with all of our suppliers and fellow contractors. We are staying up to date with every ordinance in the different counties that we service. Here is what we know as of 3/20/2020 Noon.

⚒🧰⚒ We are still operating. ⚒🧰⚒

Suppliers have closed showrooms, and are only allowing contractors into their stores. We can pick up samples and bring them to you. Velux and Glass factories are not shutting down. We might see some delays in receiving materials, but nothing is on hold. Lumber yards are still open. Home Depot and Lowes are still open. Trex factories are still open and shipping. City Inspectors are still working. We will either have an on site inspection or send photos in with their permission. Construction is considered Essential Business in the California State Mandate.

We are happily having cell phone consultations with our clients instead of face to face communication. Please do not feel like you are offending us by maintaining 6 feet or more of distance. We have masks and respirators, and are not afraid to use them to keep everyone safe. We are able to work and maintain social distancing.

At home everything is being sanitized and kept super clean. The kids and I are in complete quarantine. As some of you know our youngest daughter is prone to pneumonia, and has asthma. We are doing everything to keep her safe and our clients as well.
