Hello to my fellow Wayward Artists. I hope you are all doing well and are happily being creative! I am trying a new (to me ) medium, oil pastels along with watercolor and pan pastels. This is one inspired by an Ann Gillespie pastel. Cheers and hugs to everyone.

Hello Waywards, if any of you dear people drop in say “hi”. I have been painting and sketching daily. It is not only fun but I keep learning. Who said you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? Not so ! I have taken some online classes and here is one of my most recent creations from a class assignment. We received all the “how to” info on what to draw and paint. A Tudor cottage in the UK.

Hi again all my Wayward pals. Here is my latest creative adventure, putting cling wrap over wet paint to create texture and then adding to it after it dries. I added the dark trees, bird etc. that’s it. It makes super fun texture.

Hi all my wayward friends. I have been painting to keep busy as usual. 😀 my latest adventure is to try Saran or any cling wrap over the wet paint, let it dry and see what happens. I added the horizon line and other dark items and that is it. EZ peasy and fun. I can not seem to add the pic here so will try another way. 😀😀
