Progress looks good on the East Side of Providence. We are blending mid-century charm with a fresh, clean update. ✨

Flooring: We will be adding reclaimed pine to the kitchen and primary suite walk-in closet, toothing it into the original floors, and refinishing everything throughout.

Millwork: Our carpenters are cutting custom knives to perfectly replicate the home’s original historic molding. We are preserving that classic charm while giving the entire house a fresh, flawless finish.

Kitchen: A full transformation featuring gorgeous reclaimed pine floors, brand-new countertops, and a custom expanded island.

Fireplace: We will be building a brand-new fireplace to add extra warmth and charm.

Primary Suite: A total bathroom overhaul is next, featuring a custom tile shower, stone niche, new vanity and lighting.

Upgrades: Modern lighting and full electrical upgrades will be installed throughout the entire home.

Every detail matters. ✨

We recently completed the installation of a custom standing seam copper roof, adding timeless character and lasting value to this beautiful home in the East Side of Providence. Once the siding and trim are restored and the custom copper downspouts are installed, the exterior will come together with a classic look that will only become more beautiful as the copper naturally develops its rich patina.

Completed back in March, this project was a comprehensive roofing and exterior upgrade.

The project included the installation of over 10,000 square feet of architectural asphalt shingles, removal of six skylights, relocation of a roof vent, installation of a new 6-inch seamless gutter system with downspouts, and the addition of rigid roof insulation to improve the office's thermal performance.

Inside the rear office, we matched the existing pine tongue-and-groove ceiling and installed custom faux beams to seamlessly complement the original character of the space.

Exciting things are in the works in Middletown, RI!

This single-family home is currently in the permitting phase and is set for a major transformation. The proposed plans include an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), creating two thoughtfully designed living spaces.

Each space features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open living area. A new second story over the addition will provide even more functional living space while complementing the home's overall design.

We look forward to bringing this project to life. Stay tuned for updates as construction gets underway!

I’m not going to lie, we wish these custom storage units were for “giant baking sheets” and we were reaping the cookie rewards but they were in fact made to hold easels and supplies at the Newport Art Museum School.
