“I think we have a roof under there somewhere…” Oh THERE it is 😎

This one was completely buried in debris — packed valleys, full gutters, the works. A few hours later and everything is cleared, flowing, and breathing again.

There’s something wildly satisfying about uncovering a roof that hasn’t seen daylight in a while. 🙌

If yours is starting to disappear under the leaves… you know who to call.

Finished up a job here in Kirkland WA! Pipe boots were looking a little leaky so we were able to help the homeowner get those sealed up with some Permaboot Pipe boots.

Unfortunately this pipe boot was toast and as a result it’s created a space for water to come into the attic — thankfully we caught it during our pre-inspection and are scheduled to come take care of it.

Moss, mildew, and algae is no match for Softwash! This client was looking to sell his home and we needed to get it back to looking like new! Softwashing a roof helps to bring a roof back to zero again starting off fresh.
