This project had a combination of a deadline and multiple loose ends — the homeowner had already been let down once. Another contractor left mid-project: kitchen ceiling was left open with insulation hanging down, bathroom shower incomplete with partially installed cement board.

They reached out looking for someone who could finish what was started, and get it done before their family arrived for Fourth of July.

Drywall is hung and finished in the kitchen and hallway, the shower is now finished, high gloss porcelain tile, double niches with rain shower heads. Pretty frickin sweet.

I’m overdue for posting some projects! This flooring was for Syd and Tad they are getting this unit ready for a new tenant and wanted to get the floors updated before move in.

They are full time teachers but got the old floors removed and had almost all the prep completed when I got there. An awesome update to the space here!

I enjoy getting to lend an assist to people starting new ventures. Having good and trustworthy vendors is so important to anyone, but especially those getting going!

Emily is opening .by.em and wanted to give her equipment a good look over before getting started.

I came up and took care of her ‘Spro machine. But definitely want to highlight Alex, I think he was just delivering coffee, but spent an hour breaking down her grinder to get it cleaned and in tip top shape.

I’ve know Alex for years. This is the kind of stuff he does behind the scenes for all of his people.

Sometimes it’s easy to overlook the little things that make big differences. Often, kitchen remodels are $5,000- 15,000+.

This update… Less than $500. But you CAN NOT tell me this doesn’t feel like a new kitchen. Well.. you could, but I’d still disagree.
