Sometimes, the most meaningful work happens when a community comes together to make a difference in someone's life! ❤️

On October 7, volunteers with the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS ® (GTAR) joined forces with Habitat for Humanity to build a wheelchair ramp for a local family in need, helping make their home safer and more accessible.

We were honored to play a small part in this wonderful effort by providing lunch for the hardworking volunteers.

A big thank you to GTAR, Habitat for Humanity, and everyone who gave their time and energy to make a lasting difference for this family. This is what community is all about!

🏆 Celebrating Those Who Set the Standard!

What a fabulous evening at the 2026 DFW Real Producers ESPE Awards on Thursday at Rayleigh Underground!

This year's theme, “The Standard,” celebrated the outstanding REALTORS® and industry partners whose dedication, achievements, and commitment to excellence continue to raise the bar in North Texas real estate.

Structured Foundation Repairs was proud to sponsor this special evening and had the distinct honor of presenting the Rising Star of the Year Award to Mariah Kessler Realtor of Elite Real Estate Texas! 🌟

This spooky season, the biggest threat to your house might not be ghosts, goblins or all those little Spider-Men running around the neighborhood.

It might be that trip hazard hiding in plain sight.

This walkway had settled well below the driveway, creating quite a step for trick-or-treaters—or anyone else headed up the walk.

We lifted it back into position and took the fright out of that transition.

Save the scares for Halloween. 👻

🍎 Happy World Teachers’ Day!

None of us at Structured would be where we are today without the teachers who helped us get here. They taught us far more than what was in the textbooks. They challenged us, encouraged us, believed in us, and helped build the skills and confidence we carry into our lives and careers today.

Today, we’re grateful for all the incredible teachers who made a difference in our lives — and for those who are doing the same for the next generation.

To teachers everywhere: thank you for everything you do. ❤️

Another busy week of getting out, connecting with our REALTOR® partners, and sharing all the ways Structured can help their clients!

We kicked things off Tuesday by sponsoring lunch for the MetroTex Association of REALTORS 2026 TRLP Class at the Plano Chamber of Commerce, where we also picked up some words of wisdom from Shelyna Tinglin. Then it was up to Denison to wrap up the day with the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS ® Rookie Appointee Training at The George Tavern .

Wednesday brought us to the GO Network KW Dallas Preston Road team meeting at Republic Title Corporate, where we talked foundation repair—and reminded everyone that Structured is also here as a trusted resource for roofing and plumbing. One partner, one point of contact, and a simpler process when repairs overlap during a real estate transaction.

Thursday was a BIG one! We started with the NTX Networking Breakfast at the Greater Lewisville Association of REALTORS®, caught the real estate forecast with Marc Moffitt and joined the Dessert Dash benefiting scholarships at the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of Realtors Luncheon, headed to the MetroTex Plano Area Meeting, and finished the day at GO Network Keller Williams Frisco Stars' Annual Cultural Potluck. A little rain certainly didn't slow us down!

And Friday, we headed to the Ebby Halliday Companies Home Office to sponsor lunch for the EDGE Program and meet another group of new agents. We always appreciate the opportunity to introduce Structured and show how Structured Foundation Repairs, Structured Roofing Systems, and Structured Plumbing Solutions can be resources for them and their clients.

Lots of miles, lots of familiar faces, plenty of new ones—and another great week of staying connected with the North Texas real estate community!

🌧️ **Rain is finally on the way — and potentially quite a bit of it.**

The National Weather Service is forecasting widespread rainfall across North Texas on Wednesday and Thursday, with heavy rain and localized flash flooding possible.

Before it arrives, give your drainage system a quick once-over:

🍂 Clear leaves and debris from drains and grates.
🏠 Check gutters and downspouts for blockages.
💧 Make sure discharge points are clear so water has somewhere to go.

After such a long dry stretch, debris may have accumulated — and heavy rainfall could mean a lot of water in a short period of time.

**Give your drainage system the best chance to do its job.**

Then enjoy the rain. We certainly need it! ☔

On Friday, Janice and Denise had the honor of attending the Connections Network Partner Appreciation Day at MetroTex Association of REALTORS ® — where Structured Foundation Repairs received the Legacy Award, recognizing more than 10 years of partnership with Century 21 Judge Fite Company!

We’re incredibly proud of the relationships we’ve built over the years and grateful for the trust and partnership of the Century 21 Judge Fite team.

It was a wonderful afternoon celebrating alongside our fellow industry partners, reconnecting with friends, and making new connections.

Keep an eye on the skies this evening!

Storm chances increase this evening, with the highest coverage north and west of the metro.

Strong to severe wind gusts are the main concern with any storms, but isolated small hail is possible.

Coverage northwest is around 40-50% around 2-5pm, and 10-20% for the metroplex around 5-10pm

Not everyone will see rain. Our high resolution models have backed off on coverage pretty significantly, so it’s a little uncertain how it’ll play out, but we’ll be watching radar this evening.
