It has been a little while since our last post! We have been so busy renovating kitchens and bathrooms. I am currently designing multiple bathrooms and kitchens to be renovated in 2026. We just wrapped up this bathroom for a repeat client! We renovated their kitchen last year and just finished their kids bathroom. They have informed us that their primary bathroom is next!!! Here are a couple of before and after photos.

The gratitude we get from our clients goes both ways! When we complete a project it always feels so good to hear how much they love, their new spaces. Just yesterday, a client told Chris and I that we have changed their lives with the renovation we recently completed in their kitchen and their bathroom last year. And to receive a hand written note means even more. Without our clients willingness to renovate their home, change their everyday routines for a short time and to have a vision of how we can make their home function better, is how our business continues to grow. We are pationate and love what we do! Our small team doesn’t just consist of the two of us, buts it’s our electrician, our plumber, our local vendors and showrooms and most of all, our client’s and their families!!! Thank to everyone who has trusted us with their home!

Yesterday we completed a renovation in our client’s, kid’s bathroom. As she thanked us on our way out, she asked us to put her on our schedule next year to renovate her primary bathroom !

Recently completed a renovation at our clients house. We renovated their mud room, powder room, two full bathrooms and their kitchen! Their primary bathroom was the final space to update!

We have been working with a wonderful family to transform multiple spaces! We installed one of my favorite floor tiles in their mudroom, powder room and through their kitchen, Run Salt. We installed Cabico Shaker cabinets with Matterhorn as their counter tops! New lighting throughout the first floor really brightened up their living spaces! We remodeled their kids bathroom and currently we are renovating the primary bathroom!

After renovating our clients primary bathroom last year, they came back to us and said it was time to renovate their kitchen! Their goal was to brighten up the space, change all the flooring and make storage much more functional. Well that’s what we did! In four weeks we gave them beautiful Cabico Cabinets, Etherial Glow Counter Tops, and so much storage. They had 12x12” tile floors throughout the main level of the house and dreaded the process to take them out…but we didn’t have to! New COREtec flooring was installed directly over their tile. Beautiful two toned cabinets complimented by gold fixtures changed this kitchen and powder room space entirely! They have thanked us over and over again and said how much they appreciate our work and our relationships with local vendors.

Recently we worked with a client to renovate her kitchen and now we just finished her bathroom! She came to me and said “I do not want a traditional, timeless design. I want color, pattern, texture, mixed metals etc.” She handed me a wallpaper sample and told me this was her inspiration. Together we picked her materials, mixing Brizo Brilliance Luxe Gold with Matte Black fixtures. Beautiful square tiles in blue and white with a touch of teal in the niche. We installed a wall hung vanity and LED mirror and we found the perfect toilet! JWD Construction and Designs works with our clients to pull together a renovation they have been dreaming of.

Demo of the old space is done! The space has been prepped for a wall hung vanity, wallpaper and the tile is ready to be installed in a fun design. We will post pictures once it’s all complete!

We have another very happy repeat client! This time it was a bathroom remodel for her daughters! Out with the old acrylic tub/shower surround and in with some fresh white subway tile, a new deep tub and black fixtures! New tile on the floor makes the room feel bigger. The vanity was painted and a new top was installed!
