This is Tiffany... wife to the owner, Steve and mother to Landen (plus ten other siblings) who goes on many calls.
Today is 5 years of having Bayer Heating and Cooling Open for business!!!! ❤️💙❤️💙❤️
It's something we NEVER planned to do.. but God is better and wiser than us. 🥰
So how did we start??? My own dad, Mike Holland.. who successfully ran Holland Heating and Cooling for a LONG TIME taught my husband all about HVAC years ago! He worked for his business for years, we saw all the ins and outs of running a very small business. (It's not easy)
Fast Forward to 2021 and we took the leap of faith and decided to give it a shot. My dad had to give it up bc of his health and caring for his (late) wife. He ran his business by integrity and so many just still love him!
If you want my opinion: the most shocking thing we have seen over and over is how other companies lie, scheme and mislead so many just to make a buck. We don't live that way and we never will be like that. Steve has even "shot himself in the foot" by giving deals or helping others because we feel these local people and even landlords and others are just like us. We're all working HARD to support our families and one day we will face our maker and we can't live with hiking prices up so high just to greedily get ahead.
The other thing we have witnessed is the fact that word of mouth is very powerful. You can have all the ads up you can.. but when you treat others right.. and do a good job, they will run their mouths! So far, that is how we have stayed here is by all YOUR kind words. (Thank you)
The biggest things you can do is go to google and here on Facebook and leave us good reviews! That helps us to be seen by others and keep being able to provide our services to Southern Illinois. LITERALLY helps so much!
Yes, we do commercial! Yes, we do residential and yes.. our prices are on great quality equipment and most with a ten year warranty already included! No extra up charges and gimmicks! He tends to love Oxbox (made by Trane) and American Standard.. but we also do many others if a customer really prefers a certain brand... but American standard and Trane (Oxbox) really lasts forever.. not really but a super extra long time. 😉
We are now 3 Generations of HVAC all learning by truly being on the job, meeting real residents, hearing your stories and instead of just being a customer, YOU are a part of our ever growing family!
