The tile setters have started to build up the showers.

Drywall has been hung and the finishers are hard at work!

Exterior walls and ceilings have been foam insulated. Some walls also receive a layer of fiberglas on top of the foam for added measure. Interior walls are sound proofed in bathrooms withe fiberglas insulation.

Rough plumbing at the O'Donnell project

We are about half way through the O'Donnell project north of Leland on Lake Michigan. We are updating four bathrooms, the butlers pantry, family room, creating a new office and updating the laundry room.

In addition we are starting to upgrade the homes window package to Pella products from their current brand.

The window seals are beginning to fail and the exterior door locking devices are no longer working. Not a good combination for a Lake Michigan exposure.
