On this job the customer wanted an area cleared, gravel pad and foundational piers installed for a new barn build!
After clearing all the trees and rocks, the low side needed to be built up about three feet.
Installed 4 in gravel for a solid base and finished it off with 1 in minus.
Installed 12 four foot tapered concrete piers to receive the structural posts for the post and beam three bay garage!

The builder contacted me upon starting the framing and was very impressed by the precision of the concrete piers!

Little home improvement project. Using rocks from around the property and building myself a retaining wall roughly 4 feet high to extend my level, useable surface area in front of the house.

Once the wall is done and backfilled, we will be prepping to pour a custom concrete patio and walkway!

Earlier this year I purchased a new toy! This size machine has allowed me to work on many small projects at home, but also powerful enough to tackle small and medium jobs for customers such as land clearing, site work, drainage and driveway installs.
