Surgery in the truck bed today! 🛠️⚡

​Had to open up the bed floor to get directly down to the frame and burn in a solid 5th wheel / gooseneck hitch setup. Measuring twice, cutting once, throwing sparks, and making sure this thing isn't going anywhere.

​Nothing better than turning a blank truck bed into a heavy-duty workhorse. Custom fit, frame-mounted, and built to haul.

⚡ELECTRICIAN CONTRACTOR WANTED – ELGIN, TX⚡

We are looking for a licensed electrician to complete the electrical service installation for a mobile home.

Project scope:
• 200-amp electrical service
• Service run from the utility pole/meter to the mobile home
• Connection to the home’s main breaker/disconnect panel
• Existing 2" Schedule 40 PVC conduit is already installed for the underground run
• Approximately 250 ft. service run
• Must be familiar with mobile home electrical service requirements, utility connections, and inspections.

📍Location: Elgin, TX area
📅 Timeline: Ready to start ASAP

We carved out space for a new heavy-duty gate, set the posts, and mounted some very serious hinges and a new latch.

​The best part? No more fence wobbles!
Thanks to those overhead arches, this gate swings without the whole structure joining in on the dance. 😂

Gave this tired skid steer bucket a new lease on life! 💪

​Here's the lowdown on this recent fabrication job:

​1️⃣ Reinforcing the Mount: The original attachment point was looking a bit weak and prone to bending. So, I added some beefy ⅜" thick angle iron right where the skid steer hooks on. This should give it some serious backbone and prevent future mishaps! 🛡️

​2️⃣ Tackling the Crack: Found a nasty 2-foot crack! Here's how I handled it:
​Drilled out the ends (can't see that in the picture, but it's crucial for stress relief!).
​Cut the crack all the way through and put a nice bevel on it.
​Then, it was time to weld! Ran some nice, hot passes to make it strong as new. 🔥

​Oops! I was so focused on getting the job done, I totally forgot to take a picture of the finished crack repair! You'll just have to trust me that it's a solid, beautiful weld now. 😉

​Another piece of equipment back in action! Time to go dig something...

Custom Light-Duty Utility Trailer Ramp Fabrication 🛠️💥

​Got this utility trailer in for a custom fold-up ramp build built exact to the customer's specs. Whether loading up a mower, ATVs, or general gear, off-the-shelf gates just don't always cut it for fitment or durability.

​Project Breakdown:
​Custom Frame Fabrication: Squared up a heavy-duty angle iron frame custom-fitted to the rear width of the trailer deck.

​Internal Structural Support: Added dual vertical angle iron supports across the span to prevent sagging and handle focused tire loads.

​Expanded Metal Decking: Fully seam-welded heavy-gauge expanded steel mesh for maximum traction and minimal wind drag while towing.

​Hinge & Latch Integration: Welded heavy-duty pivot points to the rear sill along with secure pins to keep it locked upright on the highway.
