🌿 A little cleanup makes a BIG difference!

This area around the crape myrtle had become heavily overgrown, so our crew came in and gave it a much-needed refresh. We removed all the unwanted growth and overgrown vegetation, hauled everything off, cleaned and prepped the bed, and finished it off with fresh pine straw.

Now the beautiful crape myrtle is the centerpiece again, and the entire area looks clean and maintained. 🌳

Another landscape upgrade completed! 🌿🧱

For this project, we removed the old plastic landscape edging and replaced it with a more durable brick border to give the beds a cleaner, finished look.

While we were there, we also:
• Installed underground drainage for the gutter downspouts with pop-up emitters
• Adjusted the irrigation system as needed
• Cleaned up and refreshed the existing mulch
• Finished everything off for a clean, updated look

Sometimes it’s the smaller upgrades that make a big difference in curb appeal—and help with drainage and long-term maintenance at the same time.

For this project, we regraded and leveled the backyard, including the area around the existing concrete patio to create a smoother, more usable space. We also:

This customer wanted a little more usable space off their existing patio, so we poured a concrete extension to give them some extra room to enjoy their backyard.

Another big transformation completed by BCE Yard Services! 🌱🏡

This property got a complete front-yard refresh from top to bottom. We removed the old hedges and plants from the front island, cleared out the overgrowth along the driveway, re-graded the areas, and adjusted the existing irrigation system to properly cover the new lawn.

We finished everything off with 12 pallets of fresh sod and replaced all of the old pine straw with 8 yards of mulch, along with trimming and cleaning up the remaining landscaping.

Another project completed! 👏

We gave this landscape a complete refresh by installing new brick landscape edging to create clean, defined flower beds, adding fresh mulch for a finished look, adjusting the irrigation system to ensure proper coverage, and burying the downspouts with pop-up emitters to improve drainage and move water away from the foundation.

It’s amazing how a few well-planned upgrades can completely transform the appearance and function of a property.
