☀️ Soaking up the last days of summer! 🔨

While most kids are trying to squeeze in every last bit of summer fun before school starts, Mason has been putting in the work! 💪

He’s been hard at work helping bring this customer’s bar and great room to life, learning new skills, getting hands-on experience, and taking pride in a job well done.

📚 SOP Training! 🛠️

Today, our AFD Construction team took time to review and train on our updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Some team members completed training at the shop, while others received their training directly out in the field. No matter where we are, we’re always willing to learn, grow, adapt, and improve.

At AFD Construction, we believe there’s always a better way to do things. We’re committed to continually improving our processes, strengthening our team, and delivering the best possible experience for our customers.

🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR AMAZING SECRETARY! 🎂

Today we’re celebrating someone who is an absolutely essential part of the AFD Construction team! ❤️🖤

A lot of what she does happens behind the scenes, but it keeps this entire company moving. From handling payroll and answering the phones, to scheduling jobs, coordinating with customers, keeping everyone organized, and taking care of countless details every single day—she does SO much more than most people ever see!

She is the voice on the other end of the phone, the person making sure things are where they need to be, and a huge part of keeping our crews and our office running smoothly. We truly couldn’t do what we do without her! 🙌
