This isn't just a crack in your driveway or parking lot; this is a pathway for water to get underneath resulting in very expensive repairs such as potholes.

Even small driveways can hide big problems.

This driveway had moisture under old thick rubber, causing the asphalt surface to crumble.

We removed the loose rubber, cleaned and dried the cracks and surface, and applied the correct thickness of rubber to seal the cracks water tight.

It's now sealed up and we met two of the nicest gentlemen around.

This is an excellent visual example of water intruison through cracks and the damage even one crack can cause.

The intact asphalt is water-tight and you can see the moisture sitting on the surface.

Around the cracks however, the surface is much drier. The water has run into the cracks and is actively causing damage below. If left untreated, this WILL become a pothole and much more expensive to repair.
