Ahhh… the LOW BATTERY CHIRP. Invented by Satan himself. 🔥
It’s always 3:21 AM.
You have to be up at 5.
You were finally in perfect REM sleep when…
CHIRP.
…silence…
CHIRP.
…silence…
CHIRP.
Whoever designed this thing looked at a smoke detector and thought:
“You know what would be fun? Make it chirp every 47 seconds, but only in the middle of the night.”
Now begins the Escape Room From Hell.
Which detector is it?
🚨 Hallway?
🚨 Living room?
🚨 Kid’s bedroom?
🚨 Basement?
OH GOD… IT MIGHT BE THE ONE ON THE CATHEDRAL CEILING?!
You stand there in the dark, staring at the ceiling like a sleep-deprived CSI investigator, waiting for the next CHIRP to triangulate the location.
Except it echoes through the house, so now you're questioning your entire existence.
You stand under every smoke detector.
You wonder if you even have replacement batteries.
You contemplate just selling the house.
And then…
CHIRP.
If you need a hand getting that low-battery device from the depths of hell replaced—especially the one on the cathedral ceiling—you have two options:
A) Buy a high-quality A-frame ladder (I recommend Little Giant Ladders), and hit pause on your healthy fear of heights; OR
B) Just [email protected]
Don't let one tiny CHIRP push you to commit a felony at 3:21 AM.
