While most builders are blowing in fiberglass, we are blowing in 100% wool. It does not off-gas. It filters the air. It is essentially fireproof.
And it has been doing this since before synthetic insulation existed.
Your walls should work for you, not against you.

What happens when you paint printer paper and hold a flame to it? If it's coated in our paint, not much.

KEIM is a mineral silicate paint, meaning it contains zero organic materials and is completely non-combustible. It doesn't melt. It doesn't drip. It doesn't off-gas toxic fumes into your home over time. It literally becomes part of your wall through a process called silicification.

We tested it on printer paper just to show you how powerful this material really is. This is what goes on every wall we build. Because the details you can't see matter just as much as the ones you can.

Some before and after of building our showcase home! This showcase home is more than just another build for us, it's what we've been working toward and studying for years. It's a testament to how a home should feel, and the kind of impact it should have on your body. I've always believed the place you spend most of your life in should support your health, not work against it, and every decision in this home reflects that.

This was us proving to ourselves and our community that we don't have to follow the way homes have always been built we can redefine the industry and build healthier.
