Celebrating our June Award winner — Mike! 🎉

As a Project Manager, Mike plays a vital role in keeping our projects moving forward and ensuring our clients have a great experience throughout the building process. This month, he led the coordination of a major ICF foundation pour, demonstrating strong leadership and attention to detail.

Mike is a hard worker who consistently shows dedication to his team, supports those around him, and takes pride in every project he manages. His positive attitude and willingness to step up make him a valuable part of our team.

At our monthly team meeting, we took time to debrief the ICF foundation pour and several exciting new project starts.

We began the Casita project a few weeks ago.

Spencer was testing out his drone skills. 👏 Here you see an ICF foundation built with Element ICF just after the pour. We poured the footings on a Monday and completed the foundation by Friday on this one. The crew put in long days to make this happen!
