Some for your Thursday. We have wild and nearby, so every year I wander off into the woods to get some of each. This year my son can e out with me.😇Don’t worry, we always bring small baskets and leave a lot for our woodland dwelling neighbors.

Hello Insta my old friend,
I’ve come to post on you again.
💚My apologies for my absence, I’ve been extremely busy in other areas of my life and haven’t posted any photos for awhile! Here is today’s harvest from our backyard📸 This time around we have zucchini, beets, peas, and lemon balm. What have you harvested so far this year?

🍂Recipes coming soon, a few things we tried didn’t live up to our standards but that’s okay, we’ll take it as a learning experience. Keep on growing🌱

We’ve been working so hard these last few weeks adjusting to autumn routines, also clearing some overgrown areas of the property for more planting projects.💚 Lots of tasty veggies heading off to friends and family, but don’t worry, we saved just enough 😉 we will be sure to post some recipes for you to try soon! In the meantime, keep on growing🌱

We’re so blessed this year with our garden! So far we’ve had beets, peas, green beans, green and yellow zucchini, tomatoes, blueberries, strawberries, chard, butter lettuce, acorn squash, and now we got to harvest our first few eggplants! Talk about abundance; when we first started out on our food adventures we never expected much, it was just a way to spend less at the grocery store. In only 4 years we’ve grown into a larger space and will continue to expand providing an inspiring space for at home gardening. Check out our latest Garden Updates on IGTV and here on our blog, and thank you for all your support.🌱

This is the first year we decided on growing multiple varieties of eggplant & we are so excited for how well they’ve been doing! It was very hard to catch all the little eggplants in one photo so here are a couple for your enjoyment 🍆🍆 we just love the flowers these plants produce.💜In previous years, we had our plants in pots and they just didn’t seem as happy & only produced a couple fruits. This could be for a few reasons, so this year we switched it up & planted four varieties together in their own bed & they are doing so much better. Once the fruits get bigger we will be testing some fun new recipes in the kitchen, so we will be back soon with more tiny farm to table inspiration.💜💚 @ Duvall, Washington

Garden photo dump & update! Everything in our little garden has been growing excellent this year. Something we did a little different was adding “mini fences” around our squash plants and it has made a huge difference in keeping the smaller critters from snacking at night.🌙 We will have a good harvest coming soon so expect to see a lot more food & gardening ideas🌱
