When we signed up as a sponsor for this year's Garden Tour, we had no idea one of our homeowners was going to be on the tour! What an honor to see the amazing back yard that has been created by the Peters-Oates family at this B. Wallace home on North Street. When we turned the keys over to Ms. Peters 13 years ago, the back yard looked nothing like this (see the final slide for the before picture from 2013)!

It was a beautiful day for a site visit from the current cohort. This was an impressive group with some really thoughtful questions, and they are going to make some great additions to the construction industry one day. I had a really nice time talking to them and touring homes under construction at Forrestal Place!
