We’ve got native grass and wildflowers germinating, plants and trees in the ground…almost done. Sauna, fire pit and hot tub coming soon! This will be such an amazing space. We even have a composite deck we built up in the ponderosa pines for yoga/meditation! 🧘‍♂️ 🌲

We are ready for inspection before our pour at our construction site. The expansion will be a little under 1,600sqft. We will also be remodeling the inside to make the new layout for the master bath/closet and the stairs from the existing house for the second floor work. All in all we will be working on around 2,500sqft during this project. Cant wait to start framing 😍.

Next up…substrate for the concrete slab. There will be a step down to a sunken hot tub area, an area for a sauna, a fire pit for relaxing, and more. Exited for how incredible this is going to turn out. Stay tuned.

Almost done with retainment phase…have to snag more boulders to finish up the top wall at that project, then patio substrate begins for the concrete slab so we can mortar set the flagstone on it. 🤩 Rebar is tied in to the existing home’s footers and set in the forms at the construction site. 🙂 getting close to the foundation elements inspection before concrete goes in. 👏🏼.

This video was focused on the interior. I’m gathering photos and videos specific towards all the landscaping. It’s very hard to capture as we landscaped about 7 acres including islands in the middle of the river. You could not mow this property before because of all the river rock and boulders everywhere, uneven terrain, stumps, you name it. There was no irrigation system, none of this was here and the house was torn down to the studs, and expanded. It’s a completely new house and property. If you are about to build a home, renovate, add on…I have exciting news for you. 👀 We are taking the next step and now officially offer our services as a full force, ground up, design and construction company. From your vision to reality, we can handle every single detail; starting with your floorplan/interior architecture/renderings, then all the way through to your last plant or blade of grass. You won’t have to hire a single person other than us. We’ve been GCs doing this in the background for quite some time. With over 35 years of combined construction experience, my wife and I have joined forces to bring you something you’ve always wanted…a seamless way to build/renovate. We also still offer landscaping and interior design outside of this as we always have.

These clients loved the patio from our previous project so much, when I showed them pictures they had to have it. They went with a traditional brick lay pattern vs the Versailles style pattern of that project though. We think both look stunning 🤩 I can’t wait to get this done and washed off so you can truly see everything as well as the variance in colors. Happy New Year from Elevated Landscape & Design
