The entire team was professional, courteous, and thorough, and our attic insulation looks fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout the project. When a small issue arose, they immediately took ownership, arranged the repair, and made sure everything was handled properly. They were also honest about an item that could not be installed safely and removed it from the final invoice without hesitation. That level of integrity and customer service really stood out. We are extremely happy with the finished work and would absolutely recommend Koala."

Every house seems to have one. The bedroom that's always too hot. The bonus room that never feels comfortable. The upstairs that feels like a different climate.
