We do not charge a dispatch fee or a service charge to come and take a look at the electrical issue or to get you your estimates for the work that needs to be performed
We do, however, have what is called a first task item charge. This means that even if it is something small, like changing a light switch or a regular receptacle, we have a bare minimum charge of $189. Many companies do this and still charge a dispatch fee. We only charge the first task item.
Please understand we are a licensed and insured company. In order for us to stay operational, we do have to charge things like this. We believe in staying upfront and honest with all of our customers we do not hide charges or hide fees in any of our pricing.
