Making fermented buffalo sauces! One is just red chilis while the next has carrots, onions, garlic, celery and red chilis. Typical buffalo sauce has a vinegar or butter base which is great however fermenting naturally creates the tang flavor and has healthy gut probiotics!

I’ve been feeling truly blessed with all god has provided and nothing makes me more happy to share that love🙌

Take a look at this beautiful bounty box we were able to put together today! I just realized I forgot zucchini too, lol. I can’t help but admire the beauty of Mother Nature😍 Our CSA members always get the cream of crop! Sometimes things that don’t always make it market.

If you would like to receive some of this beautiful energy come find us at the outdoor Dubuque Farmers Market this Saturday and every Saturday until the end of October:)

We are extremely happy with our first batches of fermented hot sauce. We have a jalapeño, red chili and habanero hot sauces that were fermented for three weeks with fresh fruits and vegetables. Come get them tomorrow!!
