After finishing the L.P siding on this job the customer asked us for more!

Tuesday we tore apart this front porch that was in rough shape and almost 8 inches out of level, jacked up, leveled the roof line, and poured new 12 inch wide by 4 foot deep footings for the best possible outcome years down the road.

Wednesday we popped back over to our entire house remodel to let the footings set and check in on sub contractors

Today we set the new 6x6 posts to carry the load of the roof, notches were leveled off the ledger board and transferred all the way around, squared our build from corner to corner, and added our 2x12 green treated joists every 16” on center to ensure a solid and strong deck that will outlive everyone reading this post!

Tomorrow we will install flashing to the joists and ledger boards, install deck boards and railings, wrap the posts and be on our way in just 3 short working days

Moral of the this minor example is if you want your build big or small to be done 100% correct, with a smooth desirable experience, and built to last, give us a call and we would love to come check out your project!

More pictures to come of the final project for this whole house exterior remodel. After getting this thrown at us we wanted to wait until it was 100% done to post pictures.

28 new windows and a brand new custom door installed over the last 2 days on this house.
