After years of cooking, dreaming, praying, and pouring our hearts into food and family… we are beyond excited to officially announce the opening of our food trailer — IN YA WINDOW! 🌭🔥🥔
We are Shawn & Melissa — a husband-and-wife team bringing together two different cooking styles with one shared passion: serving great food and creating community.
Shawn is an upscale chef from North Carolina with a love for elevated flavors and creative dishes, while Melissa is a Southern cook from South Georgia bringing those homemade, comforting flavors straight from the heart. Together, they created IN YA WINDOW — where upscale meets Southern comfort.
As a faith and family-oriented business, our goal is simple:
