Another Landscape Transformation Complete!

This property got a much-needed refresh, and what a difference it made! We took overgrown, outdated landscaping and turned it into a clean, lower-maintenance landscape that completely refreshed the curb appeal of the home.

For this project, we:

- Removed 35 overgrown or dead shrubs and bushes around the house
- Removed the old landscape rock and topsoil
- Edged and pulled w**ds from the rear landscape bed
- Shaped the bushes that were being left
- Added fresh topsoil and prepared areas for new grass
- Installed new w**d barrier throughout the landscape beds
- Added fresh river rock with larger accent stones
- Installed new lower-maintenance shrubs and perennials throughout the beds
- Pressure washed the retaining wall and sidewalks to finish everything off and make the entire property pop

The goal was to clean it all up, modernize the landscaping, and create something that looks great without requiring a ton of maintenance.

The before-and-after difference on this one is huge!

The Read Property Management team had the opportunity to donate our time and services to help get the DuBois Little League complex ready for the All-Star season.

We spent the day working on both the Little League field and the Tee Ball field by:
• Dragging the Little League warning track and removing all w**ds
• Dragging and grooming the Tee Ball infield
• Removing w**ds around the Tee Ball field
• Mowing and trimming to get everything looking its best

Organizations like DuBois Little League create lifelong memories, teach valuable lessons, and bring our community together. We're grateful for the chance to give back to a program that meant so much to us growing up.

We wish all of the DuBois Little League baseball and softball teams the best of luck this All-Star season. Go represent our community well!

Busy is an understatement for how this year has started! Between spring cleanups and a variety of projects, we’ve been hitting the ground running and loving every minute of it.

Here’s a recent yard renovation we just wrapped up including removing the existing grass, leveling the old surface, rolling and reseeding. Parker got to spend some time working in the evening to help spread some straw.
