Window, Door & Flooring Installer Wanted
Property Pioneer Remodeling is expanding and looking for experienced Window, Door, and Flooring Installers to join our team!
We are focusing on residential remodeling throughout Delaware and are looking for reliable crews and individual installers who take pride in quality workmanship and professionalism.
Requirements
✔ Valid Drivers License
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Own basic installation tools and equipment
✔ Experience installing windows, exterior/interior doors, and/or flooring products
✔ Professional appearance and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and maintain job schedules
✔ Smartphone for communication, photos, and project updates
✔ Ability to pass background screening if required for certain projects
Flooring Experience Preferred
Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)
Hardwood Flooring
Laminate Flooring
Carpet Installation
Tile Installation (a plus)
Window & Door Experience Preferred
Replacement Windows
New Construction Windows
Entry Doors
Sliding Glass Doors
Storm Doors
Trim and Finish Work
Flashing and Waterproofing Techniques
