Now that the new 3-car garage is wrapped up, we’re shifting gears this week to tackle some miscellaneous projects on "The Annex"—a project we built a while back on the same property. 🔨🏠

Both structures were custom-designed and built to seamlessly match the architectural style and details of the main house. Take a look at these throwback photos from when The Annex was first going up! 📸👇

Interior finished pictures of this Chester Springs garage! This will be used to display cars, play pinball and hang out. As always, multiple people to mention:
AH Davis & Son - metal roofing;
Concrete floor - Brett Martino Concrete; drywall - Smooth Drywall Services. HVAC & floor polishing handled directly by the homeowner.
Interior finishes by yours truly, including windows & doors, metal & wood wainscot, painting, staining, electric and plumbing.

I had a special visitor on site today. I showed him all the wainscot I installed and was in the process of sanding… he didn’t seem impressed.

I don’t know why I like this perspective so much, it’s probably the mix of fresh copper with the cedar soffit!

Keep forgetting to get exterior pics of the finished garage in Chester Springs. Several hiccups and delays on this project but I pushed through.

The details:

Cedar siding supplied by: Fleetwood Lumber;
Garage doors: Winfield Garage Doors;
Concrete supplied by : TransFleet;
Building Materials supplied by: AD Moyer & Tague Lumber; Concrete block supplied by: Stony Run

Excavation, footers, block walls, framing, windows, doors, siding, trim, gutters and painting/staining by yours truly.

I kept this unknown to most everyone but this project I completed solo - no crew, no helper, just operational assistance by Kelsey DB! I switched back to working solo middle of last year.

Moving right along in Chester Springs! 🛠️ Paint is up and we’re working on some custom trim details today. Loving how this textured look is coming together—getting closer to the finish line every day!
