Wunder Realty and Construction is hiring a full-time W-2 field technician for residential construction and remodeling work throughout the Birmingham metro area.
Pay: $20–$22 per hour based on verified experience and demonstrated ability
Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week
Payroll: Paid biweekly
This is not a cleanup-only helper position. We need someone with broad residential construction knowledge who can independently handle punch-list work, minor repairs, hardware, shelving, mirrors, trim, cabinet adjustments, material handling, jobsite preparation, drainage and landscaping support, and other general field assignments.
The right person must be dependable, use tools safely, protect customer property, document work with photos and receipts, and communicate problems before covering them up or moving on.
Requirements include dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a smartphone, recent work references, a paid skills assessment, and a post-offer pre-employment drug screen.
