We realized we’ve never properly introduced ourselves on here, so we wanted to take a minute to say hello and welcome everyone to our page!
We are a locally owned and operated construction company providing residential and commercial construction and HVAC services. Over the past year our business has grown quickly, and we are thankful for the support from our community, customers, friends, and family who continue to trust us with their projects.
As we continue to grow, we are currently looking to hire a part-time bookkeeper to help keep our office running smoothly. This has the potential to turn into a full-time roll.
Responsibilities include:
• Recording income and expenses
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Conducting weekly payroll
• Organizing receipts and invoices
• Basic QuickBooks data entry
• Communicating with our accountant when needed
This position is flexible and perfect for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with QuickBooks.
