30 years later, this deck was ready for a refresh.

We removed the existing composite decking and replaced it with new Trex composite decking, finished with CAMO hidden fasteners for a clean look.

While we had it opened up, we also added additional joists, taking the framing from 24" on center to 12" on center for a much more solid feel under the new decking.

A big improvement in both appearance and construction. Check out the before and after!

Not every project goes exactly as planned, and this retaining wall definitely had a few unexpected challenges along the way.

We worked through the issues, added proper drainage behind the wall, and took the extra time to make sure everything was built right. I’m really happy with how this one came out and think it made a big difference to the property.

Bittersweet wrapping up this project. While it's always satisfying to see the finished product, it's never easy saying goodbye to such wonderful customers.

Over the course of this project, I had the opportunity to build a custom closet with shelving, construct a new garage staircase, and install a beautiful sliding barn door. It was a pleasure bringing their vision to life.

I'm incredibly thankful for the trust they placed in me and for how kind and welcoming they were throughout the entire project. Customers like these are the reason I love what I do.
