In League City today performing a leak inspection on a roof that was installed less than a year ago by another roofing contractor. Unfortunately, the existing roof penetrations and vent flashings were reused during the roof replacement and are now causing leaks.

This is exactly why we recommend replacing roof vents, pipe flashings, and other roof penetrations when installing a new roofing system. A new roof is only as reliable as its weakest component.

Doing it right the first time can prevent costly leaks and interior damage down the road.

This project started with a full tear-off of the existing shingle roof, allowing us to inspect and prepare the decking for a long-lasting roofing system. After removing the shingles, we installed a complete Ice & Water Shield (IWS) underlayment system across the entire roof deck for maximum protection against wind-driven rain and water intrusion.

The highlight of this project is the installation of a 24-gauge Black Standing Seam Metal Roof, providing:
