This customer has gone through 3 compressors and multiple capacitors, yet no one ever told him it was because of his dirty outside condenser coil. We forgot to take after photos, but coils should be chemically cleaned atleast once a year for AC systems and twice for heatpump systems. This catastrophically raises electric bill usage and leads to premature unit failure(Fan bearing, capacitors, compressor burnout). It doesn't have to be this dirty to show symptoms. If you look between the fins and cant see any light through them, its time. You'll notice a tremendous increase in cooling power with lower running wattage after one of our treatments.
