Framed out the new shower reveal and put in a new floor. also framed out the old doorway and we made a new one! Ready for tile floor and drywall here we come!

We finally got the old tile and cement down to the floor joists!! Almost 4 inches of tile and cement. They definitely don’t build them like they use!

Started a new project in Grosse Pointe yesterday. We're gutting an old bathroom built in the 1930s. We even got memorabilia when we found an old Detroit newspaper from 1936.
