It’s different when you get to see the FINAL product like this. 🔥🏡

We watched this one go from dirt ➡️ foundation ➡️ framing ➡️ finishes ➡️ HOME.

A lot of work happens behind the scenes that never makes it to social media, so seeing everything finished and captured like this makes all those long days worth it.

Most importantly, we’re thankful to God for another successful project and grateful for everyone who played a part in getting us across the finish line.

🏡 CLOSED! Oakcrest is officially a HOME! 🔑🙌🏾

God is so good! We are incredibly grateful to officially close out our Oakcrest project.

We truly couldn’t have asked for better buyers. You guys are awesome, and we pray this home brings your family many years of blessings, happiness, laughter, and unforgettable memories.❤️

From breaking ground to handing over the keys, this project couldn’t have gone any smoother. Seeing a vision that started on paper become a place another family will call home is what makes this journey so rewarding.

Thank you to everyone who played a part in bringing this home to life. We appreciate every contractor, vendor, partner, friend, and supporter who helped us along the way.

Another one in the books. ✅

A Special Shoutout to Michele 👏🏽🏡

The last several weeks have been nonstop, and Michele has been right in the middle of it all.

From working hard to get our Oakcrest project UNDER CONTRACT, to putting the final touches on the design and making sure every detail comes together exactly as envisioned. Her dedication to this project has been incredible.

Michele wears a lot of hats, and she continues to prove that getting a home across the finish line takes more than just building it. It takes vision, patience, persistence and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes work.

We’re getting closer to the moment when we officially hand the keys over to Oakcrest’s next owners. 🔑

🚨🚨 UNDER CONTRACT 🚨🚨

Our Oakcrest Project is officially under contract! 🏡🔑

We’re incredibly grateful knowing that soon we’ll hand the keys over to a family who will turn this house into HOME — a place for family dinners, holidays, laughter, milestones, and memories that will last a lifetime. ❤️

This is why we build.

Above all, we give God all the glory and thank Him for continuing to bless our journey and the work of our hands. 🙏🏽

Oakcrest Project Update 🏡

Another big step forward at our Oakcrest Project.

We’ve officially completed grading around the home and are now preparing for the concrete driveway and walkways, sod, and final landscaping. The exterior is getting closer to its finished look, and everything is starting to come together.

We’re down to the final few weeks before completion, and it’s exciting watching the vision we started with become a finished home.

The finish line is in sight. Stay tuned.

Thank you Jaylon Washington

Christmas came a little early. Except it’s cabinets instead of presents. 🎁🏠 Let’s get these installed!

Construction isn’t finished, but the vision is impossible to miss.

It’s exciting to watch a collection of materials transform into a space designed for everyday living. This primary bathroom is coming together beautifully, and we can’t wait to show you the finished product.

Stay tuned… and if our owner Terry looks like he just walked out of a swimming pool, don’t worry—it’s just another day building homes in the Florida heat. ☀️🥵💦
