🚨We are Hiring! 🚨

Outlaw Contracting & Excavating is looking for an Operator/Laborer to join our crew!

• Year-round work
• 30–50 hrs a week + paid overtime
• $20–$40/hr depending on experience
• Work includes running equipment + hands-on jobs like concrete and retaining walls
• CDL is required or applicant must be willing to obtain

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience with skid steers/excavators is great, but not a deal breaker. (If you’ve got a heck of a work ethic and show up ready to learn, we are willing to teach the right person)
✔️ Land grading skills are a plus
✔️ Good communication
✔️ Attention to detail
✔️ Good attitude
✔️ Pass drug test + background check
✔️ Clean driving record

Bringing home a new machine is always exciting, especially for the kids! The question is, who’s more excited, Austin or Lawson and Willa? 🤣

Outlaw Contracting & Excavating is hiring an EXPERIENCED operator/ laborer!

This is a year-round position working 30-50 hours weekly with paid overtime. Applicant will be in machine as well as a variety of labor work, including but not limited to concrete and retaining walls. CDL preferred but not required.

Requirements:
- heavy equipment operating experience
- proficient in land grading with skidsteer/excavator
- good communication/ people skills
- pass drug test
- pass background check

Pay based on experience.
