Demo out the remaining flooring under the furniture.
Installation of Lvp
Installation of door casings
Installation of baseboard
Installed the Lvp flooring on the stairs
Caulked all the door casings and door casing to give it that clean finish look!

It was a pleasure to do this install for a good friend of our partner G and L Flooring Plus of Des Moines IA! Our crew made sure everything went smoothly and floated a low spot where the original carpet was ramped up to plus ground down all the seams that were puckered.

What a pleasure it was to be able to work in this homeowners home! This one gave us a work for our money! There was a lot of things our crew did to make sure the homeowner was happy and pleased! Thank you to our amazing partner once again G and L Flooring Plus of Des Moines IA for supplying the flooring and making sure everything went smoothly!

Here is what our crew did,

Demoed out a fire place
Demoed out carpet, Lvp, and laminate flooring
Floated huge Lows getting them within specs
Grinding down the seams that were high.
Installation of Lvp flooring
Installation of baseshoe
Installation of a vanity in the bathroom
Installation of a new toilet
Caulked all of the base shoe giving it a clean look.

What an amazing day for some LVP Flooring and stairs installation from our crew! This one had a lot of prep with furniture. But without a doubt our team tackled it making sure the customer was happy with the end result! Thank you G and L Flooring Plus of Des Moines IA for supplying the flooring and making everything go smoothly as always!

Here is what our crew did on this job,

Demo out of carpet, carpet pad, carpet tack strip,

Grind down the high spots and floated the low spots making sure everything was in spec.

Lay down 6 mill Polly plastic for a v***r barrier underneath the Lvp on the concrete to help with moisture from the concrete.

Installation of Lvp flooring throughout the whole basement besides the bathroom, storage room, sump pump room.

Installation of LVP flooring on the stairs going up to the main living area with custom end caps on the bottom steps giving it a clean finish look.

Installation of LVP flooring in the Master bedroom plus closet.

Installation of Base shoe all along the edges of the LVP flooring to finish off the flooring and cover the quarter inch expansion gap giving it a clean finish look.

Caulk all base shoe with white caulking.

Installation of transition pieces going to all of the old flooring which includes the bathrooms storage room and sump pump room giving it a clean rounded ending so that it’s not raw flooring.

What an amazing day for the American flooring crew! Our crew did a big solid wood nail down in the upper part of the house. They also did LVP in the basement!

Our awesome partner G and L Flooring Plus of Des Moines IA supplied the LVP for the basement!

Here is everything our crew did,

Installation of Solid wood nail down.
Installation of base shoe to cover the expansion gaps for the upstairs flooring.
Installation of transition pieces going to all of the bathrooms including the doorways in the basement.
Caulked all of the base shoe with a white caulking to give it that professional clean finish.
To finish it all off our crew used a bona cleaner and went through cleaning the floor to make sure it was clean and ready for the homeowner to come home!
