What an amazing day for the American flooring crew! Our crew did a big solid wood nail down in the upper part of the house. They also did LVP in the basement!

Our awesome partner G and L Flooring Plus of Des Moines IA supplied the LVP for the basement!

Here is everything our crew did,

Installation of Solid wood nail down.
Installation of base shoe to cover the expansion gaps for the upstairs flooring.
Installation of transition pieces going to all of the bathrooms including the doorways in the basement.
Caulked all of the base shoe with a white caulking to give it that professional clean finish.
To finish it all off our crew used a bona cleaner and went through cleaning the floor to make sure it was clean and ready for the homeowner to come home!

This one was definitely a hands on project! Our crew put down new OSB to match the height with the tile where the old carpet was. They also went through and skim coated over all of the tile filling in any gaps to make it a flat surface. They wanted their whole downstairs and some of their upstairs done. What a turn around! Our crew went above and beyond to make sure the prep was spot on this job! Not only did our crew rip out the carpet but even ripped out the old linoleum vinyl.
