My first house on my own is officially done with this beautiful walkout ranch.

Boasting a total of just over 3,300 finished sq ft with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

The master bedroom features a custom walk in closet with a full tile shower.

Amazing open floor plan on the main and awesome open space in the basement!

Quick little biweekly update on this one.

Mitchell Construction and Management did a fantastic job on the trim work with the custom mudroom locker system, pantry shelves, floating shelves and fireplace, and the custom closet system in the master.

We are getting countertops templated today with interior paint starting as well. We are moving right along!

I have been busy the last couple weeks and will work on reaching back out to everyone in the next couple of days!

Going into the weekend on the inside we will officially be done with drywall and rolling into trim!

On the exterior we did get the exterior flatwork poured early this week and siders are currently on site and are doing a fantastic job! American Dream Exteriors, LLC. Cody Logsdon

Another project done = Another happy customer!

We were finally able to get this 24’ x 24’ garage wrapped in steel on the walls and roof done just in time for the weekend! Gutter guys are coming today to get the gutters and downspouts installed.

Little bit of a shipping issue with the overhead door hardware 🙄🙄 but that will get installed middle of next week!

A little over 2 weeks in and out for the framers with losing out on 4 work days because of weather and other miscellaneous issues.

Roofers are on site and we are ready for rough-ins!

Customer reached out and said they started this project last year and never got around to finishing it so they wanted me to take it over.

We were able to get the original forms pulled and new ones set, filled with proper aggregate, and poured a nice 6” slab with a 12” x 12” thickened edge.

Ready to go vertical on this 24’ x 24’ garage!

Homeowner had reached out after having some water damage in his basement about getting the drywall, trim, and carpet fixed. We were able to get the insulation up, drywall mudded taped and textured, trim installed, and carpet re-stretched all within a matter of days.
