🔨 👷🏽‍♂️Demo Day!

Not our typical project, but when returning customers need a hand, we’re happy to help! This 30-year-old playhouse had a good run, but it was time to come down.

From old, torn-up drywall to brand-new walls!

This project put our drywall hanging and finishing skills to work! We started by sealing the damaged drywall, followed by four coats of joint compound to refinish, smooth out, and even up the existing walls. We then applied a fresh orange peel texture throughout the room for a clean, consistent finish.

What was once a worn-down master bedroom has been completely transformed into a fresh, beautiful space that can be enjoyed for years to come!

At Oro Construction, we take pride in bringing new life to old spaces

Another ceiling brought back to life. 👌🏽

This master bathroom had multiple cracks and areas where the drywall joint tape had blown out. Rather than simply patching the damaged spots and leaving behind noticeable repairs, our client chose to have the entire ceiling refinished for a clean, consistent finish.

For this project, we:
• Repaired the failed joint tape and cracking
• Refinished the entire ceiling
• Sprayed new knockdown texture throughout
• Primed and repainted the ceiling
• Completed paint touch-ups on the surrounding walls

The goal wasn’t just to fix the cracks—it was to make sure that once the repairs were finished, the ceiling looked like it had never been damaged in the first place.

A bathroom exhaust fan only works if the moisture actually makes it outside. 🏠💨

This fan was installed but never properly vented to the exterior. We made a new pe*******on through the side of the home, installed the exterior vent, then headed into the attic to make the connection.

Small detail, big difference—especially when it comes to keeping moisture out of your attic.

The centerpiece of the room deserves a finish to match. Time to bring this wall back to life.

Not every drywall problem is obvious at first glance. 👀

We were brought into this home to address a number of imperfections in the drywall and texture throughout the house.

In this walkthrough, we point out what we’re seeing, why it stands out, and what we’ll be doing to repair and refinish these areas to give the home a cleaner, more consistent finish.

Sometimes getting it right means going back and fixing what was missed the first time.

Stay tuned for the finished results.

With the recent heavy rain and flooding, we know some homeowners may be dealing with water damage in their basements.

Here’s a look at a previous basement water-damage repair we completed—from removing damaged materials to getting the space put back together and looking right again.

If your basement took on water and you need help with drywall, insulation, flooring, trim, painting, or putting the space back together after it’s dried out, give Oro Construction LLC a call.
