I did my research beforehand and had a few other companies give me estimates but Fort Collins Roofing Consultants stood out. They gave me reasonable roof replacement quotation and were very prompt in their response. They were not the usual messy roofers as some companies are. Their team was very organized, has the proper tools, and observed safety protocols. Aside from roof replacement, I also have them replace the whole gutter system. We had a roof leak which Fort Collins Roofing Consultants corrected. The work was very well done. Once the old roof was off, they found a damaged piece of plywood. When they completed the roof replacement they also replaced the plywood without additional cost or me asking them to. I didn't even notice it. Also some wood trim on the side of the house under the gutters was broken and then replaced on their own accord. They left the yard completely free of nails and trash. They started and finished exactly when they said. I am very impressed with Fort Collins Roofing Consultants

Having noticed spotting on the ceiling in the living room, I immediately call your company. The same day, your company sent out a repairman to assess the situation. I was amazed at how quickly he arrived and was ready to work Within about 30 minutes he completed his estimate and was ready to go over it with me. Missing shingles and bad decking were the cause, he went even further to tell me that entire roof needed replacing. An expense I was not expecting, but the estimate was fair and I went ahead and made an appointment, and I am happy I did. Your company is A in all areas I will definitely refer your company to others in and around Fort Collins.

Fort Collins Roofing Consultants stands by their work. We had a new roof installed on our home and chose to have a few skylights added to an upstairs room as well. We noticed that one of skylights had a minor leak and called immediately. Within an hour an installer arrived and assessed the skylight. The problem was not with the installation, but rather a defect in the seal. A new skylight was ordered and replaced at no cost to us. Also, they had one of the lowest bids. As a home owner and also a self-employed local contractor in Ft Collins, it is nice to know that when I need work done that I am unable to do myself, there are still honest, hardworking people out there. With the last rainstorms came a persistent leak into my downstairs patio roomoffice. We called Ft Collins Roofing and they immediately got up on the roof to determine the extent of damage. Chuck was very confident in the work needed, which was fairly priced, was prepared with the proper materials to fix the problem right away.
